Gracyn's Thoughts on God
Tonight as I was putting the girls to bed they were listening to a praise cd for kids. One of the songs talked about praising God from your head to your toes.
"Gracyn, do you praise God from your head to your toes?"
"No, Mommy!" she explained quite seriously. "God in my heart, not my feet!"
A couple of weeks ago, I was getting ready to put Gracyn down for a nap. She usually doesn't argue, but she's getting older and, well, she knows now that she's missing out on some serious play time. So, she came up with what I thought was a pretty good argument:
"Mommy, God no want me go to bed."
Hmmm... Well, who wants to argue with God?
