Gracyn's language is on the edge of exploding. I love this age! Here are some of the "words" she says:
*Gug (bug)
*nack (snack)
*Ucky (yucky)
*Oh-oh!
*Momma (this seems to have two meanings... It's original and also "more")
*ME!
We go through a routine on the way to school where I ask questions like, "Who's gonna have a great day at school today?" and the big girls scream out, "ME!" Gracyn yells it, too, only on a 2 second delay. Very cute :)
*top (stop)
*NO!!!!!
*juice
*Ow!
*teef (that's toothbrush)
*Of course, Ella, Hannah, and Dadda
*Some others... baby, bye-bye, night-night, all done, all animal sounds, and many more.
I have a feeling it won't be too long before we have three chatter boxes in our home.
Just the Six of Us
Six may seem like a lot but only to others. It is who we are. Some people like peace and quiet (who doesn't?), but the quiet we lack we gain all the more in giggles, feet scampering, I love yous, tickles, tiny voices singing. Being a mother to these four amazing little people and a wife to the most incredible person I know is a blessing that can't be put into words; I am living my dream.
