Well, it was an ear infection, after all. With 2 doses of antibiotics and an IV of Motrin (wink), Gracyn fell asleep like an angel tonight... Poor little thing was just hurtin'. Much to my surprise, she was perfectly fine during the daytime hours... No other symptoms. Glad we have figured out the culprit and glad it wasn't her wanting the paci after all.
PS - Guess what the doc asked me about on her way out of the door today... "Give up the paci yet, Momma?"
Argh!
Just the Six of Us
Six may seem like a lot but only to others. It is who we are. Some people like peace and quiet (who doesn't?), but the quiet we lack we gain all the more in giggles, feet scampering, I love yous, tickles, tiny voices singing. Being a mother to these four amazing little people and a wife to the most incredible person I know is a blessing that can't be put into words; I am living my dream.
