Prayers from the Mouths of Babes

These are some recent prayers from Kaden and Gracyn.  These are exact quotes which makes them all the more adorable - and, um, interesting.

Gracyn:  "Dear God, Please heal Jesus and help him not to die on the cross anymore.  Please help our chickens to grow healthy.  And please help us have good hearts.  Amen."

Kaden:  "Dear God, Thank you for everyone coming over... And for Easter candy, and for Jesus died on the cross.  But, God, I think you need to apologize to Jesus for putting him on the cross.  Amen."

SO hope this isn't viewed as irreverent, but just how the minds of children work.  After his prayer, I got the opportunity to tell him about how God putting Jesus on the cross was an act of love for us all.  He still insisted that God needed to apologize, though ;).
