There are so many great activities around fall time here in Florence. Fall is my favorite time of year and farm festivals are just one of the many reasons why. Our family (Grandma and Grandpa too) visited a cute little farm in town on Halloween. The girls got to pet sheep, feed calves, run through a hay maze and more. It was such a great time! The best part was all the great stuff we've read about came to life before their eyes... How skinny sheep look after they are sheared... How GIANT a grown cow is... What wool is used for... Where cows produce milk... What "baaaa" really sounds like... and so much more. Can't wait to go back next year!
